Recipe



Irish Pancakes with Sugar and Lemon
 
 
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
 
a pinch of salt
 
2 large eggs
 
3/4 cup milk
 
4 tbsp. unsalted butter
 
sprinkle sugar over the pancake, then put about 7 drops of lemon juice, scattered, roll up and eat.
